I came across this survey in the Arts Education Partnership’s newsletter and wanted to help spread the word about the chance for students, parents and educators to speak up for arts education!
The Speak Up National Research Project is a way for participating organizations to collect feedback on important education issues. The survey addresses a range of subjects such as technology, 21st century skills, science and math instruction. Education, business and policy leaders regularly use the Speak Up data to inform federal, state and local education programs. This survey is a chance to make sure arts education is included.
This year’s Speak Up survey is currently open and will close on Friday, December 17th. You can participate in the survey at http://www.speakup4schools.org/speakup2010/.
